Professional Experience
My professional journey in project management began in 2017 with a significant contribution to the success of the ‘Trans Adriatic Pipeline’ (TAP) project in Albania within the Stakeholder Management department. Subsequently, I joined the German Development Cooperation Office (GIZ) team as an apprentice, afterwards progressing to senior project management roles, I have successfully overseen projects valued at over Β£2 million, enriching my skill set and reinforcing my commitment to impactful contributions in the field of project management.
πBritish Embassy in Tirana (2019-2021):
– Managed projects, notably overseeing the successful UK-Albania Tech Hub Programme, aiming at catalyzing the growth of tech start-ups in the Western Balkans and fostering business opportunities with the UK.
– Collaborated closely with the Tech Hub in Tel Aviv and partners in London, establishing connections with key entrepreneurial figures in Israel and the UK.
Drawing inspiration from successful models in these developed ecosystems, I implemented tailored strategies in Albania to ensure the program’s effectiveness in the local context.
πΌ Digital Den Hub (2022-2023): External consultant at Digital Den Hub Albania, headquartered in Montenegro. This initiative served as a bridge between start-ups in the Western Balkans and U.S. investors and other key players in the startup ecosystem.
π‘οΈ OSCE Presence in Albania (2023): For a period of six months, provided Interim Project Assistance within the Anti-Corruption Department, assisting on issues related to anti-corruption and projects on Anti-Corruption portfolio.
Currently, I work on a contract basis with various projects, leveraging my extensive experience to provide tailored project management and business consultancy services. This flexible approach allows me to engage with a diverse range of initiatives, bringing innovative solutions and strategic insights to each unique project.
