Professional Experience

My professional journey in project management began in 2017 with a significant contribution to the success of the ‘Trans Adriatic Pipeline’ (TAP) project in Albania within the Stakeholder Management department. Subsequently, I joined the German Development Cooperation Office (GIZ) team as an apprentice, afterwards progressing to senior project management roles, I have successfully overseen projects valued at over £2 million, enriching my skill set and reinforcing my commitment to impactful contributions in the field of project management.

 

🚀British Embassy in Tirana (2019-2021):

– Managed projects, notably overseeing the successful UK-Albania Tech Hub Programme, aiming at catalyzing the growth of tech start-ups in the Western Balkans and fostering business opportunities with the UK.

– Collaborated closely with the Tech Hub in Tel Aviv and partners in London, establishing connections with key entrepreneurial figures in Israel and the UK.

Drawing inspiration from successful models in these developed ecosystems, I implemented tailored strategies in Albania to ensure the program’s effectiveness in the local context.
